Victims are shot and killed as they try to avoid the attacker, while they lie wounded, or while they try to protect others. The attacker repeatedly returns to the same building to inflict injury and death, while reloading or picking up new weapons. Under s3(2)(f) of the FVPC Act, this publication also promotes and supports the infliction of extreme violence or extreme cruelty. Much of the sound and imagery is horrific.
